MATCHA SET is a new night session presented by Momokawaroh, an event series at Suigian in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.This special collaboration features DJ Matcha Boy and Momokawa Geinagon,a female artist collective composed of Nihon Buyo dance, Nagauta shamisen music, koto, and shakuhachi.

MOMOKAWAROH, held on Friday nights at SUIGIAN, is a night session featuring DJs active in Japan and abroad, together with a LIVE SET by Momokawa Geinagon, a female artist collective that embodies the refined beauty of Japanese culture.
Centered around house music, the sound weaves together elements of deep house, lo-fi, French house, dub, and techno, creating an urban and sophisticated atmosphere. As this music intersects with the graceful presence of Japanese dance, the evening unfolds into a refined after-dinner experience.
Set in Nihonbashi, Tokyo — a district where the spirit of Edo still lives within the modern city — MOMOKAWAROH brings together music, movement, and cultural atmosphere in a way only SUIGIAN can offer, presenting a new kind of Friday night in Tokyo.

Suigian金曜に開催されるMomokawarohは国内外で活躍するDJと、日本文化の美意識を体現する女性アーティストコレクティブ・百川芸納言によるLIVE SETで構成されるナイトセッションです。ハウスを軸に、ディープハウス、ローファイ、フレンチハウス、ダブ、テクノのエッセンスを織り込んだ都会的なサウンドと、日本舞踊のしなやかな気配が交差し、アフターディナーにふさわしい洗練された時間を立ち上げます。
東京でありながら江戸の感性を今に残す日本橋という場所で、音楽、身体表現、文化の空気がひとつに溶け合う、Suigianならではの新しい金曜の夜をお届けします。

日本文化の美意識を体現する女性アーティストコレクティブ。日本舞踊を軸に、音楽、舞、所作、空間演出を通して、伝統に息づく美と感性を現代にひらく表現集団。しなやかさと気品、静けさの中に宿る強さを携え、古典の魅力を現代の空気と響き合わせながら、新たな舞台体験を生み出している。
A female artist collective embodying the aesthetic spirit of Japanese culture. Centered on Japanese dance, the group brings together tradition and contemporary sensibility through refined movement, presence, and stage expression.

西麻布、渋谷、新宿のミュージックBARや各種イベントでプレイ。レコード、CD、PC等マルチに対応。ジャンルは70's 80's soulを中心にR&B、Dance等、シチュエーションに合わせたフレキシブルな選曲を得意とする。
DJ Mahomes is an active DJ in Tokyo, performing at music bars and events across Nishiazabu, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. Comfortable with a wide range of formats including vinyl, CDs, and digital platforms, he brings versatility and adaptability to every performance.
Rooted in the sounds of 70s and 80s Soul, his musical palette also extends to R&B, Dance, and other groove-oriented genres. Known for his flexible approach to programming, DJ Mahomes tailors each set to the atmosphere and audience, delivering selections that complement the moment while keeping the energy flowing.
DJ Michito
学生時代にダンサー&DJとして活動を開始。ダンサー好みの「踊れる」をテーマにした選曲が特徴。上京後は 仕事の傍らDJを継続し、銀座 300BAR NEXT、宇田川カフェ別館などで不定期で活動中。
DJ Michito began his journey in music as both a dancer and a DJ during his student years. Influenced by his background in dance culture, his sets are built around one simple principle: music that makes people want to move. His selections are characterized by strong grooves, rhythmic flow, and an instinctive understanding of what works on the dancefloor.
After moving to Tokyo, he continued DJing alongside his professional career and remains active at venues such as Ginza 300BAR NEXT and Udagawa Café Annex, as well as various pop-up events. Blending dancefloor sensibility with an approachable style, DJ Michito creates sets that are engaging, uplifting, and accessible to a wide audience.
